Valentine’s Day Ball

Do you still remember the State House’s ball dances from decades past?

The doors of the impressive Alvar Aalto building, the State House, opened to the public for the Valentine’s Day dance ball in 2025. Built between 1926 and 1929, the State House has been restored to its former splendor, and the grand hall provides a magnificent setting for an old-time dance ball.

Jyväskylä Sinfonia’s ten-member salon orchestra will play waltzes, tangos, and foxtrots throughout the evening.
