I love teaching dance.

I feel often moved when I see others creating their own movement and enjoying dance.

I have taught dance regularly in weekly classes at Jyväskylä Dance Institute since 2021. I facilitate contact improvisation jams, and I organise workshops.

I have taught in diverse contexts, such as dance expression in drama education studies at the University of Jyväskylä, dance movement expression at the Finnish Movement Disorders Association's training days, and an acting course at the Jyväskylä Student Theatre and Jyväskylä Adult Education Centre.

As a physiotherapist, I specialize in supplementary training for dancers. In addition, I teach strength and mobility training, and give lectures on dancer’s health and anatomy.
