Would you like to come and explore in a relaxed and playful way how dance and theatre come together?

Jyväskylä Adult Education Centre is organising a two-day dance theatre course on 21-22 November 2026.

In this course aimed at adults, we will utilize theatrical expression exercises, move expressively, and learn nonverbal and movement-based storytelling on stage. The course will be about experimenting, testing and playing in a relaxed manner! The course is open to everyone, meaning no previous experience in dance or theatre is required.

Please bring comfortable clothes that allow for movement, a water bottle, and, if you wish, your own hand-writing tools.

The course will be held in Finnish, and in English, if needed.
